Here are some areas to focus on during your junior year of college as you move forward with your finance career planning and development.

- Continue building your network by reaching out to the industry professionals you have met during your internship.
- If you are not a business major, audit business classes to get familiar with the lingo and the concepts.
- Take on leadership roles in student organizations or in community activities.
- Continue doing informational interviews.
- Attend career fairs and other events hosted by professional student organizations and network, network, network.
